Do Not Call (DNC) Policy

Last Updated & Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Statement of Policy

Final Expense Policy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to complying with all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws, rules, and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and relevant state-level telemarketing statutes.

It is our strict policy to honor the privacy preferences of consumers and not make telephone solicitations to any consumer who has registered their phone number on the National Do Not Call Registry, applicable State Do Not Call Registries (unless an exemption applies), or who has requested to be placed on our Internal Company Do Not Call List.

2. National and State Do Not Call Registries

The Federal Trade Commission maintains the National Do Not Call Registry. You can register your residential or wireless telephone number on the national list at no cost by visiting www.donotcall.gov or calling 1-888-382-1222 from the telephone number you wish to register.

Several states maintain separate state Do Not Call lists. Where required by law, we and our licensed marketing partners suppress telephone numbers registered on these state lists prior to placing unsolicited telephone calls.

3. Established Business Relationship & Inquiries

Under federal regulations, when you voluntarily complete and submit a quote request form on our Website, you establish an inquiry or application relationship with us and our network of licensed agents and carriers.

This inquiry permits licensed insurance representatives to contact you regarding your requested insurance options for up to three (3) months from the inquiry date, even if your phone number is listed on a National or State Do Not Call Registry, unless you specifically ask to be placed on our Internal Do Not Call List.

4. Internal Do Not Call List Maintenance

Final Expense Policy maintains a comprehensive, computerized Internal Do Not Call List. When a consumer requests not to receive further telemarketing calls or text messages, their telephone number is promptly recorded in our master suppression database.

  • Recording Requests: We record the consumer’s telephone number and the exact date/time of the request;
  • Processing Timeline: In accordance with federal guidelines, all internal DNC requests are processed and implemented within thirty (30) days of receipt (and typically within 24 to 48 hours);
  • Retention Period: Telephone numbers placed on our Internal Do Not Call List are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the request;
  • Network Synchronization: Internal suppression records are shared with our authorized marketing and call-center partners to ensure that downstream partners cease future telemarketing contact.

5. How to Place Your Number on Our Do Not Call List

You may request to be added to our Internal Do Not Call List at any time through any of the following convenient methods:

Online / Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to: hello@finalexpensepolicy.us

Subject line: “Do Not Call Request”

Please include:

  • Your full legal name;
  • Your 10-digit telephone number (including area code) to be suppressed;
  • Your mailing address and email address (optional, for confirmation purposes).

During a Telephone Call: You may also orally state to any licensed agent or representative calling on our behalf: “Please place my number on your Do Not Call list.” All representatives are trained to log and honor oral requests immediately.

Via SMS Text Message: If you receive a promotional or informational text message, reply “STOP,” “QUIT,” “CANCEL,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to instantly opt-out.

6. Employee & Partner Training

All personnel and third-party marketing vendors who engage in telemarketing or customer communications on our behalf are informed of this Do Not Call Policy, trained regarding TCPA compliance requirements, and instructed on proper procedures for handling and documenting consumer opt-out requests.
